Verse 348

பூரணமே கருணை வளர் போதத் தாயே

போதமய மானசிவ யோகத்தாயே

காரணமே கண் நிறைந்த கமலத்தாயே

கமலரச பூரணமாய் நின்ற மாதே

மாரணமாய சகல சித்துந் தானேதானாய்

மகா மந்திர சொரூபமதாய் நின்ற தாயே

தாரணமாய் சகலவுயிர் வாசியாலே

சத்த சுத்த சித்த முமாய்த் தானே காணே

Translation:

The fully complete, the merciful mother of bodham

The mother who is bodhamaya siva yogam

The mother of lotus who overflows perception, the causality,

The lady who sttod as kamalarasa poorna

The one who remained as all the siddhis including maaranam

The mother who is mahamantra svaroopa

As the substratum, due to the vaasi of all souls

She remains as sabdham, suddham and chittham.

Commentary:

Sakthi is the bodham the sivayogam the lotus or cakra, the fully complete essence of lotus.  She is all the mystical accomplishments including maaranam, she is the vaasi or life force that supports all the souls.  She is the sabdha or nadha, the suddham or purity that is free of all impurities and chittham or consciousness.

சக்தியே போதம்.  திருமந்திரத்தில் திருமூலர் உலகம் தோன்றியதை விளக்கும்போது முதலில் ஒளிவடிவமான பராபரம் இருந்தது என்றும் அதில் போதம் தோன்றியபோது பராபரை தோன்றினாள் என்கிறார்.  இவ்வாறு சக்தியே போதம், அவளே பராபரமும் பராபரையும் சேர்வதான சிவ யோகம்.  அவளே சக்கரங்களான தாமரை.  அந்த சக்கரங்கள் குறிக்கும் தத்துவங்களே ஒரு உயிராகப் பரிமளிக்கின்றன.  அவளே அந்த சக்கரங்கள் குறிக்கும் தத்துவங்கள் எனப்படும் ரசமாவாள்.  அவளே மாரணம் முதலான எல்லா சித்துக்களுமாவாள்.  எல்லா மந்திரங்களின் சொரூபமுமான தாயான அவள் எல்லா உயிர்களையும் வாசி எனப்படும் உயிர்சக்தியால் தாங்குகிறாள்.  அவளே சத்தம் எனப்படும் நாதம், சுத்தம் எனப்படும் மலமற்ற தூய்மை, சித்தம் எனப்படும் பரவுணர்வு.
