197. Joining akaara and ukaara and attaining the state of Siva bodha yogi

Verse 197

சேரப்பா அகாரமுடன் உகாரங் கூட்டி

செம்மையுடன் உருவேத்தி நின்றாயானால்

நேரப்பா நின்ற திரு வாசியாலே

நிலையான புருவமத்தில் தீபங் காணும்

காரப்பா தீபமதைக் கமலக் கண்ணால்

கண்ணிறைந்து வாசியினால் ஊன்றிப் பாரு

சாரப்பா வாசியினால் ஊன்றிப் பார்க்கச்

சதாபோத மானசிவ யோகியாமே

Translation:

Join the akaara with ukaara

If you remain chanting it greatly

Through the sacred vaasi

The flame will be seen at the middle of the brow

Seek the flame through the eye of lotus

With eyes full, plant it with vaasi and perceive it

If it is sought with planting vaasi firmly

He will become bodha siva yogi.

Commentary:

If the akaara is joined with ukaara or the sakthi in the fire at muladhara and remain chanting by placing the vaasi or the life force firmly there the flame will be seen at ajna at the middle of the brow.  If the yogin performs this will attain the state of sivabodham.

அகாரம் எனப்படும் பிந்துவை சக்தியுடன் மூலாதாரத்தில் சேர்த்து வாசி எனப்படும் உயிர் சக்தியை ஊன்றி உருவேற்றி நின்றால் ஆக்ஞா சக்கரம் உள்ள புருவ மத்தியில் தீபத்தைக் காணலாம் என்கிறார் அகத்தியர். அந்தயோகி போதம் எனப்படும் சிவஞான யோகியாவார் என்கிறார் அகத்தியர்.
