196. Ukaara deeksha

Verse 196

பண்ணப்பா சிவமான அகார தீக்ஷை

பத்திக்கொண்டு பூரணமாய்ச் செய்தபின்பு

நண்ணப்பா உகாரமென்ற சத்தி தீக்ஷை

நன்மையுடன் சொல்லுகிறேன் ஆண்மைகேளு

விண்ணப்பா கண்ணான மூலத்தீயில்

விளங்கிநின்ற உகாரமென்றும் சத்திஎன்றும்

முன்னப்பா நிறைந்த சிவ சத்தியோடே

முத்தியுள்ள அகாரமென்ற வஸ்து சேரே

Translation:

Perform the akaara deeksha, the sivam

After performing it with complete devotion

Seek the ukaara, the sakthi deeksha

I will tell you, listen to it.

See in the important entity,the fire of mula

That which remains as sakthi, as ukaara.

Along with siva's sakthi

Join the liberating entity, the akaara.

Commentary:

After attaining the benefits of akaara deeksha Agatthiyar says that the yogin should perform ukaara deeksha.  The verse talks about mula fire.  This may mean the fire of kundalini in muladhara.  Agatthiyar says that this Sakthi, ukaara should be joined to the akaara, original bindu.

அகார தீட்சையைப் பெற்ற பின் உகார தீட்சையைச் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று அகத்தியர் கூறுகிறார்.  உகார தீட்சை என்பது மூலத்தீ என்கிறார் அவர்.  மூலத் தீ என்பது மூலாதாரத்தில் உள்ள குண்டலினி அக்னியைக் குறிக்கும்.   சிவசக்தியோடு அகாரம் எனப்படும் பிந்துவை சேர்ப்பதே உகார தீட்சை என்கிறார் அகத்தியர்.
