234. Vidveshanam and Ucchishta Ganapathy

Verse 234

கெர்ப்பமென்ற உற்பனந்தான் சித்தியாகுங்

கிருமையுடன் கரத்தாலே தானானாலும்

உற்பனமா யுன் கரத்தால் தொட்டால் மைந்தா

ஒன்று பத்தாய்த் தான்வளரும் உண்மையுண்மை

விற்பன விதர்ச்சனமா யிருந்துகொண்டு

வேதாந்த சற்குருவை தியானம்பண்ணி

நட்புடனே உச்சி கணபதியைத் தொழுதால்

நாலான காரியமுஞ் சித்தியாமே.

Translation:

Pregnancy, the creation will be accomplished

With merciful hands,

If you touch anything with such a creative/productive hand, son,

One will grow into ten, true, true

Remaining as virpanna vidharsana  (an expert “seer”)

Contemplating on the Vedantha Sathguru

If you pray to ucchi Ganapathy in a friendly manner

All the four works will be accomplished.

Commentary: 

Agatthiyar says that the yogin who accomplishes vidveshanam will have hands that are creative in nature.  Anything he touches will grow from one to ten.  If he prays to the Vedanta sathguru he will accomplish all the four actions, dharma, artha, kama and moksha, by ucchishta Ganapathy’s grace.

Ucchishta Ganapathy upasana is very esoteric.  This is not the right forum to discuss it.  Suffice to say that Ucchishta Ganapathy’s form is such that he appears with sakthi on his lap with his truck touching sakthi’s yoni.  There are several interpretations for this.  Yoni is the creative locus. Thus, Ucchishta Ganapathy is the deity for creation, procreation here.

வித்துவேஷண சித்தியை அடைந்த யோகி படைப்புத்திறனைப் பெறுகிறார். அவர் தொட்டது ஒன்றிலிருந்து பத்தாகும்.  அதனால் வேதாந்த சத்குருவை வழிபாட்டு அவர் விதர்சனத்தில் இருந்தால் நான்கு காரியங்கள் எனப்படும் தர்மம், அர்த்தம், காமம், மோக்ஷம் என்ற நான்கையும் பெறலாம் என்று அகத்தியர் கூறுகிறார்.

உச்சிஷ்ட கணபதி உபாசனை என்பது மிக ரகசியமான உபாசனையாகும்.  இங்கு அதை விளக்குவது சரியில்லை என்பது ஒரு சிறுவிளக்கத்துடன் முடித்துக்கொள்வோம்.  உச்சிஷ்ட கணபதியின் உருவம் சக்தியை மடியில் தாங்கியதாக அவரது துதிக்கை சக்தியின் யோனியைத் தொட்டுக்கொண்டு இருப்பதாகக் குறிக்கப்படுகிறது.  இது படைப்பு என்னும் தத்துவத்தைக் குறிக்கிறது.  அதனால் உச்சிஷ்ட கணபதியின் அருளால் ஒரு யோகி கொடுக்கும் விபூதி பிள்ளைப்பேற்றை அருளுகிறது என்று கூறுகிறார் அகத்தியர்.
