224. Mantra and deity for sthambanam

Verse 224

கேளப்பா நடனகணபதியின் சூக்ஷங்

கிருபையுடன் ஓம் ஸ்ரீம் கிலி என்றேதான்

காலப்பா தானிருத்தி மைந்தா கேளு

கருணையுடன் ஆயிரத்தெண்ணுருவே செய்தால்

மேலப்பா நடன கணபதிதான் மைந்தா

மேன்மை பெற உனதிடத்தில் நடனஞ் செய்து

சூளப்பா உனதிடத்தில் இருத்திக்கொண்டு

சுத்தமுடன் தம்பனத்துக் கென் செய்வாரே

Translation:

Listen to the subtlety of Nadana Ganapathy

As Om shrim kili, with mercy,

Arresting the breath, Son, listen

If it is recited thousand and eight times

The supreme Nadana Ganapathy

Will dance in you

Holding him in you

He will aid sthambanam

Commentary:

The deity for sthambana siddhi is Nadana Ganapathy or Dancing Ganesha.  The mantra for this siddhi is om shreem kili or kleem.  The breath is arrested in kumbaka and the mantra is recited 1008 times.  Then Nadana Ganapathy will dance in the yogin and cause sthambana.

ஸ்தம்பனத்துக்கு அதிபதி நடன கணபதி.  அதற்கான மந்திரம் ஓம் ஸ்ரீம் கிலி அல்லது க்லீம்.  இந்த மந்திரத்தை ஆயிரத்து எட்டு முறை சொன்னால் நடன கணபதி ஒருவரிடத்தில் நடனமாடுவார், அவர் ஸ்தம்பனத்தை நிகழ்த்துவார் என்கிறார் அகத்தியர்.
