412. Kevuna mani kuligai

Verse 412

மணிகெவுன குளிகை

பண்ணப்பா அந்திசந்தி பூசைபண்ணி

பரம கைலாச மென்ற பதியை நோக்கி

கண்ணப்பா தானறிந்து தன்னைப் பார்த்தால்

கசடான கர்மவினை காணாதொடும்

எண்ணப்பா என்று தன்னை மறந்திடாதே

எட்டறிந்து திட்டமுடன் கட்டாய் நில்லு

முன்னப்பா விசையறிந்து பாய்ந்த தண்ணீர்

முத்தியுடன் மணி கெவுன குளிகை பாரே

Translation:

Mani kevuna kuligai

Perform worship during end and meeting points

Towards the Parama Kailasa the locus

Knowing the eye, if the self is seen

The dregs, the karma will run away,

Think son, do not forget the self

Knowing the eight remain firmly,

The water that flowed knowing the speed

See the mani kevuna guligai.

Commentary:

Agatthiyar tells Pulathiyar that he should perform the above mentioned worship of Ganapathy (drawing down of amrit) during evenings and junction points.  If one perceives the sahasrara, the Kailasa, then the karma will run away.  Knowing the eight is knowing the akara or the Divine.  If one remains in this state, the water, the bindu will flow with a great force.  This is the mani kevuna kuligai. 

Siddhas recommend that the gross semen or bindhu should be processed with the fire of kundalini and it flow reversed from downwards to upwards.  This process is called “madai maarral” or reversal of the flow.  We should remember here that the sushumna is not in the physical body it is in the subtle body.  Thus the energy of the semen is reclaimed by the yogin.  The semen is said to get solidified by this process.  The siddhas call this kevuna mani and say that it confers kevuna siddhi or the mystical accomplishment that lets them travel in space. Again, these methods should be learnt from a guru.

மேற்பாடலில் கூறிய பூசையை அந்தி சந்தி செய்யவேண்டும் என்று அகத்தியர் புலத்தியருக்குக் கூறுகிறார்.  அந்த பூசை அல்லது கணபதி அபிடேகம் என்பது அமர்தத்தை மூலாதாரத்துக்கு இறக்குவது.  இதை ஒரு நாளில் பல முறை செய்து பரம கைலாசம் என்னும் சகஸ்ராரத்தைப் பார்த்தால்  கர்மங்கள் ஓடிவிடும் என்கிறார் அகத்தியர்.  இவ்வாறு எட்டு எனப்படும் அகாரத்தை அறிந்திருந்து நின்றால் தண்ணீர் எனப்படும் விந்து பாய்ந்து ஓடும், அதனால் மணி கெவுன குளிகையாகும் என்றும் அவர் கூறுகிறார்.

விந்து அல்லது சுக்கிலத்தை யோக அக்னியால் அதன் கீழ்நோக்கு பாதையை மாற்றி சுழுமுனை நாடியின்மூலம் மேலே ஏறச்செய்வது மடைமாற்றல் எனப்படுகிறது.  இதனால் அது ஒரு மணி போல கெட்டிப்படுகிறது என்றும் அது கெவுனசித்தி எனப்படும் ஆகாய சஞ்சார சித்தியை அருளுகிறது என்றும் சித்தர்கள் கூறுகின்றனர்.  இந்த விவரங்களை ஒரு குருவிடமிருந்தே கற்கவேண்டும்.
