ஆதார பூசை

தானான ஆதார சொரூபந் தன்னை

சங்கையுடன் தானறிந்து தியானஞ் செய்ய

தேனான புலத்தியனே சொல்லக்கேளு

தேக சுத்தி உயிர்ச்சிவமாய் தெளிந்து கொண்டு

வானான லலாடமதில் மனக்கண் வைத்து

மனங்கனிய ஓம் ரீங் அம்மென்றாக்கால்

கோனான ஆதார பூசைதானுங்

கோடான கோடி செய்தப் பலத்துக் கொப்பே

Translation:

Adhara puja

The svaroopa of adhara which is self

Knowing it and performing dhyana

The sweet Pulatthiya!  Listen,

Purification of body, clarity that the soul is sivam

Placing the mind’s eye at the lalata, the sky principle

With the heart melting if om reeng am is uttered

The king, the adhara puja

It is equivalent to have performed millions number of adhara puja.

Commentary:

Agatthiyar is talking about the glory of the mantra uttered during the vaasi yogam described in the above verses.  He says that if one utters the mantra, om reeng am with knowledge about the adhara, and with the clarity that the soul is none other than sivam, then it is as if one performed millions of adhara puja.

The other conditions are mind must be focused at lalata, body must be pure, free of mala.

வாசி யோகத்தில் உச்சரிக்கப்படும் மந்திரத்தின் மகிமையை இப்பாடலில் கூறுகிறார் அகத்தியர்.  ஒருவர், சக்கரங்களின் அமைப்பை அறிந்தவராக, சீவன் சிவம் என்ற அறிவுடன், மனக்கண்ணை லலாடத்தில் வைத்து ஓம் ரீங் அம் என்றுஉச்சரித்தால் அவர் கோடி ஆதார பூசைகளைச் செய்ததற்கு ஒப்பான பூசையைச் செய்தவராகிறார்.  அவர் தனது மனக்கண்ணை லலாடத்தில் வைக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் கூறுகிறார் அகத்தியர்.
