Verse 95

பாரப்பா சரியைவழி முறைமை சொன்னேன்

பதிவான கிரியைவழி பகரக்கேளு

நேரப்பா முக்கோணந் தன்னிலேதான்

நிறைந்தவிதழ் பனிரெண்டின்மேலதாகச்

சேரப்பா முக்கோணந் தன்னிலேதாகச்

சிவாலயத்திற் சிவனுமையுந் தீபம் போலே

காரப்பா கருவிழி மலர்க்கண் கொண்டு

கருணையுள்ள வாசிமலர் கருவாய்ச்சாற்றே

Translation:

See son, I told you about the way of charya

Now listen to me talk about kriya

In the triangle

Above the twelve fully complete petals

Go to the triangle

Within the temple of Siva, Uma and Siva (remain), like a lamp

See it with the flower of the ball of the eye

Offer the flower of merciful vaasi.

Commentary:

Agatthiyar talks about kriya in this verse.  He mentions that Siva and Sakthi remain like a lamp above the heart cakra.  Agatthiyar tells Pulathiyar to go perceive this light at the triangle or the ajna cakra and offer vaasi or lifeforce to them.  He calls this as kriya.

இப்பாடலில் அகத்தியர் கிரியாவைப் பற்றிப் பேசுகிறார்.  பன்னிரண்டு இதழ்களைக் கொண்ட அனாஹத சக்கரத்தின் மேல் உள்ள முக்கோணத்தில் சிவனும் உமையும் தீபமாகக் காட்சியளிப்பர் என்றும் அவர்களைக் கண்ணின் கருமலர் கொண்டு பார்த்து வாசி மலரை அவர்களுக்கு சமர்ப்பிக்கவேண்டும் என்கிறார் அகத்தியர்.  இதுவே கிரியா என்கிறார் அவர்.
