Verse 438

கேளப்பா மந்திரமாம் மூல மந்திரங்

கேசரத்தின் பூரண ஓங்காரவாளால்

ஆளப்பா இதையறிந்து தியானம் பண்ணி

அடிமாந்து செய்யாது அறிவைப் பற்றி

நாளப்பா முப்பெலியும் அமர்ந்தே வாங்கும்

நாற்பத்தி முக்கோண மாத்தாளுக்கு

வாளப்பா வாழ்வதற்கு மவுனத்தாயை

மனதுருக பூரணமாய் மதிச்சுக் கண்ணே

Translation:

Listen son about the mantra, the mulamantra

By the sword of omkara poornam of kecharam

Rule it, knowing this, by performing dhyana

The bottom does not cause delusion.  Holding the awareness

Seated, it will accept the triple offering.

For the mother of the forty triangles

It is the sword to live.  The mother-silence

Respect as poornam, the eye/ see.

Commentary:

Agatthiyar is talking about raising the maha prana through the muladhara with the help of mantra.  He has not mentioned the mantra explicitly but says that the mantra should be known from the magical sword of pooranam of kecharam.  These may be the bhija mantra found in kadgamala stotram.  He talks about the fourty triangles which is Sricakra.  The term “muppeli” may be triple bhali or offerings.  Siddhas prescribe triple bali or offerings while collecting medicinal plants for their preparations.  The triple offerings are coconut, lemon and white pumpkin.  They are covered with kumkum and offered.  The deity who accepts the offering is Devi in Sricakra.  This will offer the vision of the mother, the supreme silence.

பிராணனை மூலாதாரத்தின் ஊடே மேலே மந்திரங்களின் உதவியுடன் மேலே எழுப்புவதை இப்பாடலில் குறிப்பிடுகிறார் அகத்தியர்.  அந்த மந்திரங்களை வெளிப்படையாகக் கூறாமல் மந்திரவாள் கேசரத்தின் பூரணத்தின் உதவியால் அறிவாய் என்று கூறுகிறார் அவர்.  இதனால் இந்த மந்திரங்கள் கட்கமாலா ஸ்தோத்திரத்தில் இருக்கலாம் என்று தோன்றுகிறது.  இந்த மந்திரத்தை குருமுகமாக அறியவேண்டும் என்பதனால் அதனை வெளிப்படையாக அவர் கூறவில்லை.  இந்த மந்திரத்துடன் முப்பெலியை நாற்பது முக்கோண ஆத்தாளுக்கு அளிக்க வேண்டும் என்கிறார் அகத்தியர்.  நாற்பது முக்கோணம் என்பது ஸ்ரீ சக்கரம்.  முப்பலி என்பதை சித்தர்கள் மூலிகைகளைச் சேகரிக்கும்போது செய்யுமாறு கூறுகின்றனர்.  அவை தேங்காய், எலுமிச்சை பழம் மற்றும் பூசணிக்காய்.  இவற்றை குங்குமத்தால் நிரப்பி தேவிக்குப் படைக்க வேண்டும்.  தத்துவ ரீதியாகப் பார்த்தால் முப்பலி என்பது ஆணவம், கன்மம், மாயை என்ற மூன்றை தேவியிடம் சம்ர்ப்பிப்பதைக் குறிப்பதைப் போலத் தோன்றுகிறது.  இவ்வாறு செய்தால் தேவியின் தரிசனம் கிட்டும் என்கிறார் அவர்.
