425. Inba rasa kaayaadhi karpam- kayakalpa of bliss

Verse 425

கிண்டி மிகத்தானெடுத்து ரவியில் போட்டு

கிருபையுடன் பீங்கான் தன் தாளிச்சேர்த்து

அண்ட கேசரிமாது தன்னைப் போற்றி

ஆக்கை நிலை தனையறிந்து அந்தி சந்தி

குண்டுமணி அளவெடுத்துக் கொண்டாயானால்

குடிலமென்ற தீவினைகள் காணாதோடும்

எண்திசையும் கீர்த்திபெற வாழ்வாரப்பா

இன்பரச காயாதி கற்பந்தானே

Translation:

Stirring it, placing it in ravi

Collecting it in the ceramic, with mercy,

Praising the lady anda kechari

Knowing the state of the body, during ends and junctions

If a small (bead size) is consumed

The kutila, the evil karma will disappear

They will live with glory in all eight directions

This is kaayaadhi karpam of blissful rasa.

Commentary:

Agatthiyar is continuing the previous verse.  He says that the product of sakti, siva, vaalai, nadha, bindhu, prana and consciousness are merged together to draw down the nectar which is saved in the vishuddhi.  It is consumed or brought down to muladhara the terminus (andhi) and manipuraka twilight (sandhi).  Then all the evil karma will run away and the yogin will live gloriously. He calls this as “inba rasa kaayaadhi karpam” the potion that grants inba rasa or bliss.

முந்தைய பாடலைத் தொடரும் அகத்தியர் மேற்கூறிய பொருட்களை நன்றாகக் கிண்டி பீங்கானில் சேகரிக்க வேண்டும் என்கிறார்.  அதாவது, நாதம், பிந்து, வாலை, பிரபஞ்சப் பிராணன், உணர்வு ஆகியவற்றை ஒன்றாகச் சேர்த்து, துவாதசாந்தம் அல்லது அண்டகேசரி சக்தியிலிருந்து அமிர்தத்தைக் கீழே இறக்கி அதை அந்தி எனப்படும் மூலாதாரத்தையும் சந்தி எனப்படும் மணிபூரகத்தையும் அடையச் செய்ய வேண்டும்.  அவ்வாறு செய்தால் தீவினைகள் ஓடிவிடும், ஒருவர் எட்டு திசைகளும் போற்ற கீர்த்தியுடன் வாழ்வார் இதுவே இன்ப ரச காயாதி கற்பம் என்கிறார் அகத்தியர்.
