172. Samadhi of a Lady yogin

Verse 172

ஆமப்பா வதிகமுள்ள வாண்பால் தன்னை

அருள்பெருக சமாதி வைக்கு முறைமை சொன்னேன்

ஓமப்பா உறுதியுள்ள சத்தி மாது

உண்மையுடன் மூர்த்திகர மானால் மைந்தா

தாமப்பா முன்போலே சமாதி செய்து

தன்மையுடன் மேல்திசையில் குகைதான் செய்து

நாமப்பா சொல்லுகிறோம் மூர்த்திகரமான

நாதாந்த மாதுதனைச் சுகாசனமே செய்யே

Translation:

Yes, Son!  The male

I told you how to entomb him so that the grace will increase

Yes, Son,  the firm Sakthi, lady

If she attains the status of moorthy

Create a Samadhi as mentioned before

Create a cave in the western direction

I will tell you, The one who became murthy

The nadhantha lady, place her in sukhasana.

Commentary:

After describing how to entomb a male yogin who attained the supreme state of nadhantha Agatthiyar is beginning to describe the entombment of a lady yogin.  He calls her sakthi maadhu.  The Samadhi is created as before and a cave is made in west.  She is placed in sukhasana here.

மூர்த்திகரமான ஒரு ஆண் யோகியை எவ்வாறு சமாதி செய்யவேண்டும் என்று கூறிய பிறகு அகத்தியர் ஒரு மாது அவ்வாறு மூர்த்திகரமானால் எவ்வாறு அவரை சமாதி செய்வது என்று கூறத்தொடங்குகிறார்.
