Verse 542
ஆட்டுவே நாலுநாள் நன்றாயாட்டி
அதன்பிறகு வெடியுப்பு நீரால் மைந்தா
கூட்டியே ஆறுநாள் தானேயாட்டி
குருவான மெழுகதுவை என்ன சொல்வேன்
நாட்டியே வழித்தெடுத்து மைந்தா நீயும்
நன்மை பெற ரவிதனிலே நவநாள் போட்டு
பூட்டியே ரவிதனிலே நவநாள் போட்டால்
பொன்னான பொன்மெழுகு கண்கொள்ளாதே
Translation:
Grind it for
four days
Son, after
that with ‘vediyuppu’
Adding them
and grinding for six days
How can I
describe the guru, the wax!
Collecting it,
son,
Place it in ‘ravi’
for nine days
If you lock it
and place it in ravi for nine days
The golden wax
will be so amazing.
Commentary:
Vediyuppu
refers to vishuddhi. We have seen before
that the divine nectar is collected in vishuddhi first and then brought down to
the other chakras. This is performed for
six days. Then it is brought down to ravi or pingala nadi and the surya
mandala. This is practiced for nine days.
The resulting wax or the state, Agatthiyar says, is amazing.
வெடியுப்பு என்பது விசுத்தி சக்கரத்தைக் குறிக்கும். மேலே ஊறிய அமிர்தம் முதலில் விசுத்தியில்சேகரிக்கப்பட்டு
அதன் பிறகு கீழ்ச்சக்கரங்களுக்குக் கொண்டுவரப்படுகிறது. இந்த சேகர பயிற்சி ஆறு நாட்களுக்குச்
செய்துவிட்டு அதன் பிறகு ரவி எனப்படும் பிங்கள நாடியின் மூலம் உடலில்
நிறுத்தப்படுகிறது. அது சூரிய
மண்டலத்துக்குக் கொண்டுவரப்படுகிறது. இதன்
பலனாக ஏற்படும் மெழுகு கண்கொள்ளாக் காட்சியாக இருக்கும் என்கிறார் அகத்தியர்.
