வீர வைப்பு
பாரப்பா சவ்வீர வைப்பு சொல்வேன்
பதிவான நவாச்சாரம் அன்னபேதி
சாரப்பா கல்லுப்பும் சீனிக்காரம்
சங்கையுள்ள வெடியுப்பு துரிசு வெள்ளை
காரப்பா சாதிலிங்கங் கெவுரித்துத்தம்
கனமான தாளகமும் எவச்சாரந்தான்
நேரப்பா வகைக்கி ஒரு பலமுங்கூட்டி
இதமாக மடைக்கி அரை ரசமுஞ்சேரே
Translation:
Veera vaippu
I will tell you about the savveera vaippu
The navaachaaram, annabedhi (air)
The rock salt (earth), seenikkaaram (rudran-fire)
The vediyuppu (fire), thurisu vellai (air)
Jatilingam, gevuri thuttham (air)
Thaalakam, evacchaaram
Add all these one palam
Mix them together and add half measure rasam (consciousness).
Commentary:
As usual we are not going through the actual medicinal products. Philosophically they refer to the muladhara, manipuraka, prana, mind and consciousness. Thus, they correspond to the ascent of kundalini. The list of chemical names for some of the common Siddha medical terms is given below. Please use this as reference when similar verses are presented later.

இப்பாடல் சித்த மருத்துவப் பொருள்களைப் பட்டியலிடுகிறது. மருத்துவப் பொருட்களுக்கு அறிவியல் பெயர்கள் இங்கே தரப்பட்டுள்ளன. முன்பு பார்த்ததைப் போல இவை காற்று, நெருப்பு, நிலம் உணர்வு ஆகியவற்றையும் மூலாதாரம், சுவாதிஷ்டானம், மணிபூரகம் சக்கரங்களையும் பிராணனையும், உணர்வையும் குறிக்கின்றன. இப்பட்டியலைக் கொண்டு இனி வரும் பாடல்களை வேதியல் ரீதியாகப் புரிந்துகொள்ளலாம்.
