Verse 487

காணவே கட்டி நின்ற உப்போடொக்க

கருவான சாதிலிங்கக் கட்டுங் கூட்டி

ஊணவே கமலரசந் தன்னாலாட்டு

உத்தமனே வகையறிந்து புடமே செய்தால்

தோணவே லிங்கமுடன் உப்புஞ் சேர்த்து

சுத்தமுடன் கட்டியது சித்தியாகும்

பேணவே சித்தியுடன் கட்டும் லிங்கம்

பெரிதான வெள்ளி செம்பில் வேதையாச்சே

Translation:

Equal measures as the salt

Tying together the jati lingam

Grind it with the juice of the lotus

The Supreme one! If you heat process it, knowing the method

The lingam and salt with merge together

Will solidify and siddhi perfectly

Tying together of the lingam with siddhi

Is the great alchemy of silver copper.

Commentary:

This verse seems to be explaining the bringing together of nadha and bindhu.  Nadha is the salt or uppu, the ukara.  The jati lingam is the bindhu which gives a specific form.  These two are merged together with the amrit from the lalata.  This mixture is heated with the fire of kundalini.  Agathiyar says if this is done it will grant great siddhi.  It is the alchemy of silver and brass.  Here silver refers to suklam or semen. Brass refers to the fire element.  Thus, this method is the way to reclaim the energy locked up in the semen.

இப்பாடல் நாத பிந்துக்களைக் கூட்டுவதைப்போலத் தோன்றுகிறது.  உப்பு என்பது உகாரம் அல்லது சக்தி, நாதம்.  சாதிலிங்கம் என்பது பிந்து.  மனிதன், விலங்கு என்பது போன்ற சாதியைக் குறிப்பது அவற்றின் உருவமே.  இவ்வாறு நாத பிந்துக்களை கமலரசம் எனப்படும் அமிர்தத்துடன் சேர்த்து குண்டலினி அக்னியால் புடம் போதத்தால் பெரும் சித்தி கிட்டும் என்றும் அதுவே வெள்ளி செம்பு வேதை அதாவது வெள்ளி எனப்படும் சுக்கிலத்தை செம்பு எனப்படும் அக்னி தத்துவத்தால் கட்டும் ரசவாதம் என்கிறார். இவ்வாறு சுக்கிலத்தில் சேகரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள பிராண சக்தி மீட்கப்படுகிறது.
