Verse 496

போடப்பா புடந்தனில் வைத்துப் பார்க்கப்

பூரணமாய் வெள்ளியது நீறிப் போகும்

நாடப்பா வெள்ளி என்ற நீறில் மைந்தா

நன்மையுடன் இடைசரியாய் வீரம் பூரம்

சூடப்பா கல்வத்தில் நாத நீறால்

சுத்தமுடன் தானாட்டி எடுத்துக் கொண்டு

ஆடப்பா தங்கமென்ற காசிலப்பா

அதின்பிறகு உப்புடனே சங்குங்கூட்டே

Translation:

Examining it after slow incubation with heat

The silver will become superheated

In the superheated state of silver, son,

The veeram and pooram in ida correctly/as charya

Grinding it in the mortar with the liquid of nadha

Grinding it with purity

Dance, in the gold, in the kasi (city of light, in the money)

Add the salt and the conch.

Commentary:

This verse describes the specifics about the chakras.  The silver may be the anahata chakra or the semen.  To that energy is added veeram and pooram and merged with nadha.  The gold may refer to the earth principle, the salt the fire principle or manipuraka and the conch the water principle of svadhistana.

இப்பாடல், பிரபஞ்ச பிராண சக்தியை சக்கரங்களின் ஊடே ஏற்றும் முறையைக் கூறுகிறது.  இதை குருமுகமாக அறிவது முக்கியம் அதனால்தான் அதை அகத்தியர் நேரிடையாகக் கூறாமல் பரிபாஷையில் கூறுகிறார்.  இங்கும் முந்தைய பாடலிலும் வெள்ளி என்பது சுக்கிலத்தையும் குறிக்கலாம்.  அவ்வாறு நீரான வெள்ளியுடன் பூரம் வீரம் சேர்த்து கல்வத்தில் இட்டு நாத நீரால் ஆட்ட வேண்டும் அப்போது தங்கம் என்ற காசில் ஆடு என்கிறார் அகத்தியர். தங்கம் என்பது பூமி தத்துவத்தைக் குறிக்கலாம் அல்லதுதங்க உடலைக் குறிக்கலாம்.  காசில் என்பது காசி எனப்படும் ஆக்னா சக்கரத்தையும் குறிக்கலாம்.  அத்துடன் உப்பையும் சங்கையும் சேர்க்கவேண்டும் என்கிறார் அவர்.  இவை நீர் மற்றும் நெருப்புத் தத்துவத்தையும் சுவாதிஷ்டானம் மணிபூரகம் என்ற சக்கரங்களையும் குறிக்கலாம்.
