56. How to perceive the muladhara

Verse 56

Muladhara-2

பாரப்பா மூலமென்ற முட்டைக்குள்ளே

பதியான அக்ஷரந்தான் ஓங்காரமாச்சே

நேரப்பா நின்ற ஓங்காரத்தோடே

நிசமான ரீங்காரம் உகாரங் கூட்டி

சாரப்பா தன்மனமே சாக்ஷியாக

தன்மையுடன் தானிருந்து செபிப்பாயாகில்

காரப்பா கணபதியும் வல்லபையுமைந்தா

கனிவாக உந்தனிடம் கனிவார் காணே

Translation:

See son, within the egg, the muladhara

The akshara or letter is om

Along with the omkara

Add the truthful reemkaara and ukara

With one’s mind as the witness

If you recite while remaining in the right condition

Ganapathy and Vallabhai, son

Will become merciful towards you.

Commentary:

In the previous verse Agatthiyar described the structure of the muladhara.  Here he is describing the worship method for perceiving the muladhara.  He says that the letters om and reem along with ukaara are recited mentally.  Then, Ganapathy and his consort Vallabhai will become merciful towards the yogi and grant him the vision of the muladhara.

முந்தைய பாடலில் அகத்தியர் மூலாதாரத்தின் அமைப்பைக் கூறினார்.  இப்பாடலில் அதைக் காண்பதற்கான வழிமுறையைத் தருகிறார்.  சரியான தன்மையுடன் இருந்து ஒருவர்ஓம் ரீம் உம் என்று மனதினுள் ஓதினால் கணபதியும் அவரது துணைவியார் வல்லபையும் அவருக்கு அருள் புரிவார் என்கிறார் அகத்தியர்.
